I'm fat yet never got hit bad by acne, except from pussy spots on my legs and occasionally on my face if you count that.
My biggest problem right now is that if I don't fucking soap my forehead every day, I break out in fucking nasty sweat rashes the next day. It happened the DAY before I was gonna get my hair cut and I had to walk into town and get it cut with these ugly, visible spots, made even worse after the forehead hair was gone.
I prefer being a fatty over a rashey forehead.

Step 1: Cut lines in a cross pattern across each side of the chin. (Optional) Use anaesthetic if you are a pussy ass bitch.
Step 2: Using dissolveable glue, glue animal chin of desired width to each side but not enough that skin will not scab over.
Step 3: Wait for it to heal and repeat if you feel it is not wide enough.
Side-effects: Scars, if you ever get hit there you are fucked.
