Who cares? Make your hairline how you want it. Just save for plugs. I can't stand women bitching about their small tits. Fake boobs aren't even that expensive anymore, and they're lighter and look way better. There's no reason why a small chested woman shouldn't do the same thing and start a small savings account for boobs instead of plugs.
