Once a week at most. Fitness is a lifestyle and I don't want to /fit/ in with those people.
Lift: Mon, Wed, Fri
Run: Tue, Thurs
I haven't done a single pushup or rep in a month
2 days, I'm seeing good results too. A Chad classmate said to me "I can tell that we're the only ones who work out in this class" which made me laugh since I think I'm a fat fuck but others can tell I exercise.
Is it okay to do pushups and pullups one day, and then running the next day; alternating through those exercises through the whole week, or just take off some days like the weekend to not work myself too hard?

5 days a week would probably be fine as long as you alternate. You should add squats into your pull ups and pushups

When my legs start to hurt from doing nothing at all every day for 5 years straight.
I have a set of 2 dumbells, 10 kilos each that I just keep by my computer
Every so often, whenever I feel like it, I just do about 3 or 4 sets in a row, all to failure
Even with that sloppy routine, I've mad massive noob gains. But I'm going to eventually have to get a proper routine
Everyday unless I'm about to injure myself, best decision I ever made in my life was to pick up those weights.
