It can be pretty hard to learn, but the tutorials for each plane/heli are good. The free to play frogfoot or whatever is pretty easy to fly as it doesnt use that "you have to actually click every button on the consoles" thing which I like but it makes easier to learn the basics when you can just use your keyboard. for all the important stuff.
Theres a DLC jet that is used for training jet pilots, its not armed usually so its one of the comfier jets to fly. Theres a classic WW2-era plane thats not armed too.
You can also use the mission editor to create empty missions and choose an empty loadout for the A-10 for example and just comfy it up.
Try out the free stuff theres on offer, the inferfaces and such arent the best though so it can be hard to find shit. Theres a new DX11 version of the engine coming up soon which will make the game look and run better. Throwing that out there incase performance ends up being an issue.
If you dont mind putting some hours in learning the very basics of taking off and managing the systems. I'd recomming grabbing the A-10C or the flaming cliffs 3 pack incase you enjoy the game.
All in all its one of those games thats incredible, but its good at spooking new players away. So dont give up if you end up giving it a try! Learning in that game is fun.
Once you get to the actual combat stuff, you are better off watching real fighter pilot training videos and such as shit is brutally realistic on that end. Flares and chaff wont save your ass unless you know kind of a missile is coming at you, how to trick missiles into missing and expending energy. shits autism-tier, but very fun.

My friend and I figured out how to glitch down into the hangar shortly after it came out, and we used to just sit there talking, looking at the background (which I think is one of the most gorgeous in video game history) and watching the ships fly in and out.
I stopped playing a few months after launch, but was looking through old screenshots and videos a few days ago and was stunned at how gorgeous the game still looked.

Best atmosphere, but story seemed kinda lacking. Gameplay more than made up for it, however. Watched a playthrough of Syndicate, and it looks to be more of the same; great atmosphere, meh story.
Also, I'm a pretty big fan of nearly all of Dragon Age: Inquisition's locales, especially the dragon nest's. Hand and fist over Dragon's Age II, in my opinion.
I'm usually not big on Zelda, but the part in The Wind Waker with the endless night + heavy rain and storms makes for maximum comfy. Feels like an interactive Rainymood simulator.

For whatever reason, Ubisoft took that to mean that they should focus 100% on solo play, as if that'd fix their bugs, which it kinda didn't. Still waiting for them to do a current timeline game. The storyline has been coming to a head for the last three games, the shit really needs to end.

Yeah, but once Unity got patched it was a really good game. The combat was decent and so was parkouring. The story was pretty good up until 50% where it went full retard as if someone else completely took over the writing.
Syndicate doesn't seem buggy to me. The combat in Syndicate makes me mad though. The animations look trash thanks to being so fucking sped up, and the game is WAY too easy compared to Unity where you literally had to actually plan your shit before attacking the area.
