I can get up to 120 if there's a coherent sentence structure and the screen doesn't jerk down a full line every 10 words but instead moves smoothly down with every word.If you have a better site for this, please link it.

i've gotten 150+ wpm several times on this specific one but i got a new laptop and the keyboard is absolutely tiny and my fat hands make an error every fucking second

"proper typing" is literally just default finger placement.
keep your left hand on asdf and right hand on jkl;
use each finger for the keys above and below it and for the edge keys, left or right
