Then don't be a neet, train a specific job you enjoy, perhaps something with IT will be easy for most neets, and then get a job in that field even if it doesn't pay well, you will have something fun to do and you will not be a neet any more.

there are jobs to do with IT that require minimal interaction with other people. you could try writing your own program/game/whatever.

alternatively you could try to go outside in small steps and interact with people, even if it is just saying hello or thanking them for small favours. don't worry anon, you haven't fallen that far and you can still make it out.
