Why the fuck am I always fucking tired.
I drink plenty of tea and coffee but the effects don't last long.
You might have low test or tapeworms
Consider the following:

>poor diet
>poor or no exercise routine
I have the same problem. Try falling asleep and waking up at the same time everyday. Apparently if those times vary a lot you end up fucking up your circadian rhythm, and then you die.
