>tfw listening to it and melting into the piano
I like holidays. They provide a nice opportunity to practice the piano. Having learned Chopin's Ocean etude, I think I'll play ballad no. 3 next.

Complete noob level, and fairly talentless. This tune for example

Basically as soon as both hands need to work at the same time I fuck up, can't get the rhythm right, if I look at one hand I fuck up the other, miss keys, out of sync etc.I can do each side separately just fine, just can't coordinate it I need to go out for a while here now, but if you have any tips or certain practices that might help I'd appreciate it.

Slow paced acoustic. I think some of you might be able to relate.

Usually the problem is impatience: You think that you are supposed to play the piece in appropriate tempo with both hands from the get-go. This approach is highly inefficient and also frustrating.
Use the score provided and learn each hand separately in the tempo you're aiming at. When you combine, take the score and go very, very slowly and systematically, making sure you only press down the next keys when you are absolutely sure that your fingers have found the right keys. Take as much time as you need to find those keys. From where the right hand joins, isolate bar 1 and repeat it until you can play it steadily in a slow tempo. Isolate bar two and repeat it until you can play it steadily in a slow tempo. Conjoin bar 1 and 2. Isolate 3 and 4, conjoin 3 and 4, then conjoin 1-4, and so on. To increase speed, repeat isolated bars with eyes closed and make the hands memorize the combined motions.
Also consider this method: play the left hand accompaniment as straight chords. Also do this with the right hand in the first bars it enters, before it begins playing the theme.
Rhythmical problems are often musically rooted, not in the hands. Learn to sing/hum/whistle the melody in the right hand, for example by singing along with your right hand playing. Then try playing the left hand while singing the right hand. If your mind can't make this rhythmically correct, how do you expect your hand to make it?
There's also the analytical approach: Memorize each hand separately, then memorize what keys are combined in what rhythms in both hands. If you're not fluent with scores, use the video as aid.
Hope this is of use to you.
