How does a black person change their accent to sound like a stereotypical white person? Im from the ghetto and I know with the way I talk people won't take me seriously but it's hard to change how i pronounce things.

also change the way you dress. your hat doesn't need to match your shirt and that doesn't need to match your shoes. This. It took me like 6 months to do it but eventually I was able to correct a lot of pronunciations. It mostly because I was in this Skype group and there was this faggot from Norway that used to repeat "axe" multiple times every time I said it. Made me mad as fuck but instead of chimping out at him I just eventually corrected the way I pronounced it.
