Well a lot of American guys are not highly evolved, many British men are. Being civilized, drinking tea, playing cricket, soccer, British guys are just as manly as American guys but since I am an American girl of English descent, American men are just overdumbed, culture and intellect don't get respect in American high schools. Intellect and culture are valued more in Great Britain. So what you perceive as being "feminine" is people who value education more than you do. No one that has watched David Beckham play soccer/football accuses him of not being masculine. Maybe you're not getting a good cross section of behaviors.
