I have the same problem, I haven't spoken to anyone in more than a year and now can't say a whole sentence without my voice breaking off midway, I sound a lot more raspy and gritty now too I don't wanna talk to people any more because I know they'll ask about it.

I feel you op. Haven't talked at all, except here and there in shops, and in bedroom all day and in some instances weeks. I've confined myself like this for a little over a year now, and my voice has gone really monotone and muffled when i speak.
