Sometimes my inner monolog gets into the rhythm of repeating a word over and over and over. Sometimes it's 'literally' sometimes it's 'nigger'. Whatever it may be, it doesn't really matter
I wouldn't worry about it if you're conscious of the fact that the voice is your own. Consequently; if you hear voices saying your name, or giving commands - and it's someone else's voice, I'd say you should talk to a doctor about it

My guess is that it wouldn't stop the voices, it wouldn't quiet them either. I'd imagine them being less hostile and contrarian... Maybe even amiable! This could be a fascinating bit of research...

Dunno! When I meditate I get a couple moments of quiet now and then, and a whole lot of chatter -- pop songs, memories, whatever. I find it relaxin' tho
