Who /quit smoking/ here? 4 days in and I'm coughing like a mofo. On the bright side even though I crave smoking I get disgusted by the smell. Wbu?

I quit 3 years ago after I had a terrible case of pharyngitis that had me spitting black goo.
I don't know if that was related to smoking, I still decided to stop after that.
