I made an experiment today using the information wagekeks provide about what they do before work:
>4 minutes Going downstairs and making tea
>14 minutes Pooping and washing hands
>11 minutes Shave
>5 minutes Teeth washing and hygiene
>26 minutes Shower and hair drying
>4 minutes Dressing up
>add about of 7 minutes of time wasted walking around
More than an hour to get ready, you also have to drive to work. So you don't actually work 8 hours, you work 11. Then you sleep for 8 hours because you get tired.
You're left with 5 hours a day to do what you want, catch up and pursue life goals. That's like a movie and a meal.

That's right, it takes me fourty minutes from the time I get out of bed to the time I go through my office's door.
Also I work seven hours a day, not eight, and that's including my one hour lunch break.

I never shower or shave in the morning (I don't even shave in the winter at all, winter beards increase your quality of life greatly where I am in canada) and usually pick up breakfast on the way to work. I can get completely ready in 10 min if I want to, but it's nicer to watch TV and chill for a bit.
You're also really delusional with your math, who the fuck takes 26 minutes to shower? 11 minutes to shave? Or wtf are you eating that it takes 15 minutes to shit?
