Massive difference was how much more outside we went. Parents didn't really mind as much. If you wanted vidya you needed to go outside to an arcade, and I used to ride my bike for hours pretending it was a motorcycle. It helped in not getting fat. I read a lot.

I'm not where I thought I would be in life at this age (at home, NEET, less than 500$ in life savings), both for better and for worse. Like a lot of you memers I never thought I'd make it past 25.
On the plus side I finally figured out what I want to do in life and how to do it. Whether I have any motivation left in me or not is another story.

I started to jog weighing 84kg and in a few months I got to 70kg. Now I weight 65kg.
I traded my two flappy hams for two muscled thighs. The only thing left from them are the stretch marks.
Of course you still need to do other exercises to work your upper body. Don't expect to just work on part of your body and have it all fit.
