I wish I lived in your country. In my last job I stayed on average an hour after work every day and also worked thru lunch break. So I was doing 2 hours unpaid work a day.
The rest of the time I was on a salary that was below the minimum wage, which they were apparently allowed to do because of bonuses although I never got one.
