I smoked a pack a day for 3 years and i'm really stressed out about what it did to my health. At the time i was smoking i wasn't able to quit and just continued smoking but now i'm greatly concerned about it and would beat my 19 year old self who wanted to look cool up.
Such a retarded decision.

Get on my level. Been smoking pack a day for last ten years. Im not proud of it and i regret it every day. Other then that i cant taste so well and get gassed quicker then i used to, no other health issues yet.

Same here, but with a period of 3 years or so where I was completely off for half of the time and only smoked once a day for the other half.
Fuck, I still have patches from my last attempt and I'm almost out of smokes, I think I might just put one on today and give it another try.
