Anyone else got straight up kyphosis (hunched back)?

I think I developed it from shitposting and playing vidya with terrible posture for a decade.

I want to fix it but I have no idea how to start. I can't even stand up straight anymore.

Pilates really helps that. I know it sounds gay but it really helps and there are a lot of guys doing that for similiar reasons like you .

im always leaned over in my chair but i keep my head straight or leaned back and touching my hand on the chair if that makes sense.

Luckily i'm fine but my shoulders so roll a bit forward. Weight lifting cna fix that though,.
