For the longest that bothered me, especially going out and seeing couples everywhere.
I got over it for maybe half a year.
Go out to pick something up and everywhere is just couples walking around downtown since its Christmas time. Taking pics of each other, all smiling and holding hands.
I notice it bothers me more if other things start going wrong in my life.

Watch movies & TV/listen to music that deals with loneliness. The Smiths are a great start.
