Anyone else have hoarders in their family? My mom has always

Anyone else have hoarders in their family?

My mom has always hoarded things and food excessively.
She has 2 laundrys filled with canned food and shit.
Has a big fridge completely filled to the brim even though it's just for her.
The house is filled with decades of things.
The garage has so much junk it in the car doesn't really have room anymore.

There's nothing I can say or do to help her though.
I feel like the psychology behind it has to do with not being able to let things go and clinging onto the past.

What do? It is not as bad in the pic, the house is still kinda tidy but I worry it will only get worse over time.
