My friend posted this in our Skype group, but it' just... AAAUUUGHHHH!!!!

Credit where credit is due, when he finally got off his phone, there weren't any other issues with how he was working. However, I still reported him to our supervisor.
Somehow, he figured out it was me. He confronted me about it and his closing words were to the effect of "watch your step".
