I keep hearing these weird fucking bee sounds in my ear. Literally a buzzing - but there's no bee. It doesn't seem like tinnitus, any ideas what's going on? An ear infection? Or am I going batshit crazy? It's 2 am and I can't get to sleep because of this fucking thing.

Try this:

>place your hands over your ears with your palms covering the opening and your fingers resting on your neck/back of your head
>drum your fingers on that area for as long as you feel you need to (30 seconds to a minute optimal, or 100 times)
