hey robots, i know this isn't the right place to ask, but /g/ weren't really helpful (as always)

i know there are some wizards here with the necessary knowlage to help me.

what i'm looking for is a software or a script of what ever to find me statistic about specific words/phrases usage during a specific period of time and a specific country on twitter.

example:

i want to know how many time the phrase "i'm a faggot" has been used from 12/1/2015 to 12/23/2015 in the US on twitter
