It's about as dangerous as buying drugs in real life.
In both situations, most people aren't paying attention to small transactions.
But if you're buying a lot, and the party you're buying from directly is a major player, the risk goes up considerably.
Online, if someone wants to find you, regardless of what you are doing to hide your location/identity, they're gonna find you. You can only mitigate the risk by flying under the radar.
