it has come to a point where i want to kill myself whenever i look into a mirror. i also dont like talking to people because i look so disgusting.

also, i have done these things:
- acne washing soap
- acne creme
- sports
- no sweets, snacks
- barely soda/alcohol
- lots of water

I had severe cystic acne, asked a dermatologist about it, he gave me a prescription. I took it for about 6 months. Now I very rarely get any acne on my back or chest at all.

I haven't visited one yet and have it since im 14 (18 now)
The thing is, I dont have ''pimples'' I actually have acne. Its not only pimples, my skin is red and I get them in the worst possible places, like around the mouth

I've also had it since around 14. I'm 19 now and my face has gotten a lot better since i take antibiotics for it. (prescription form dermatologist)
At the same time of taking meds, i also started consuming a lot less dairy products. This might also work for you.
Just make sure to watch what you eat and wash your face everyday with just water.

You need a topical antibiotic gel. Any doctor can prescribe it. Erythromycin 2% is the only thing that has ever worked for me. Typically $5 a tube.
