We all start somewhere man when I first started as a fattass couch potato and went to the gym to do SS I couldn't even bench the bar literal high school kiddies were doing more than me, fastforward 1 year of no missed gym workouts (3 times a week for 6 months then 4 times for other 6) and i'm strongest one in pretty much all commercial gyms.
