Is this normal? I go to sleep at night and wake up in a few hours with a few hours short, but then later throughout the day I go back to sleep, then the cycle continues. Is this fine? Anyone else like this?
I've been waking up at 3-4am almost every night
like clockwork since I started taking Sertraline.
When I first started taking them I was just like you with the sleeping in the day thing.
Are you on any tablets?
It doesn't matter how you sleep as long as you still get a total of 8 hours per day. I like to do 4 in the middle of the day and 4 at night.
Sleeping only at night is invention of modern society that needs people to keep the machine running 24/7

I don't get 8 hours, I typically get 6-7 if undisturbed. I read that some people can operate with less, or need more, and I'm sure I can operate with around 6, but there's nothing wrong with 8.
