It doesnt cheer me up but i have a saying or a part of a song i repeat in my head, well two songs. The first is "refuse to waste away" the other is "your heart is a musle the size of your fist, keep on lovin keep on fightin." I repeat these to myself over in my head to draw strength and overcome shit. Those and deep breathing have helped me a lot lately.
