anyone here legitimately diagnosed with autism / aspergers?
what was the process like? things they asked you, etc.
do you feel better or worse after the diagnosis?
I was diagnosed as a very mild Asperger case when I was 12 but I do such a good job pretending I'm a normie my parents think I outgrew it.

how do you know you're really an aspie and not just a loser though
the more i read about it the less i understand.

That's why you go to a psychologist instead of self-diagnosing and memeposting.

i've done that, and they suspect i have it. but its a long wait for a proper diagnosis. but i dont really get it.
the defining characteristics of autism are all shared by losers.
>trouble making friends/relationships ( loser )
>trouble communicating ( untrained from a life of nofriends )
>have a strong interest in a specific subject, often video games ( nerd )
>trouble maintaining eye contact ( low self confidence )
and then there are extremes
>lack empathy or have too much empathy
>slow learner / fast learner
>trouble understanding social queues or overly sensitive to them
like wtf? i really dont get it.
>i'm a little shy
>anxious anxiety maymay
>tfw no gf therefore sperg
>diagnosed when 12 or by website test
God damn you faggot.
Your want autism go to /tg/, the sperg is real.
I know what i'm talking
Was diagnosed a 16, but I wish it had never happened, because that's when my life started to turn to shit.
