Women notice me more. People respect me more in general. I get compliments from friends. It's the biggest most positive change I've ever made, and every fat person deserves to feel the way I feel right now.

my dad is overweight. he knows it, and he's okay with it, because despite being overweight he still goes to the gym and lifts, he bikes hundreds of miles during the spring and summer.

Drink tea, coffee, and diet soda. It's calorie free. Choose fatty foods, they're more filling and lower the glycemic load. The final and most important part is dnp. Eat 250mg every day for 3 weeks, then take 3 weeks off. Dnp is a very painful way to die so just be happy losing 50lbs a month. I don't understand the 2015 fat girl princess mentality.
A fat girl was considered the practice girl, the shameful secret, the bottom of the barrel, the last resort. The fat girl was meant to accept that the best they could do is fat guys and the incredibly ugly guys. This was the system in place. So they had to make it up by having a personality to punch above their weight which was fine.
Now they don't even have that. They believe they're better than they''re worth which comes at the cost of being fucking awful to talk to. They don't even want the average joe, they want the 7+/10 men. They want the guys who made an effort to improve their appearance. An effort that often takes up a good portion of their life. The only portion of effort fat girls make is consuming a portion of chips.
Now I'm fat and I've got a shit personality. I accept that my lot in life is probably having to resort to the fat girl. I am not delusional to think I'm good looking and deserve better because I don't. It just sickens me that these fat girls think they are desirable. They aren't by a long shot.
