Was drinking 12 pints a day of larger, but managed gradually over time to myself down to 4 pints a day, with the odd extra can here and there.
Is it possible for me to now just completely stop? because I can't seem to get it down from this level no matter how much I try, if I have any less I start feeling all kinds of agitated, anxious, etc.
To clarify, I would rather just go through with it like a band-aid now, instead of just agonizing over these last 4 pints. Is it safe?

Start drinking water throughout the day. Like always have a bottle of water with you. Refill it and make yourself drink at least a gallon a day, it's not that hard. Your body will love you, and you'll start feeling better.
And of course you're feeling agitated, anxious, etc, you're going through mild withdrawals. You got this OP. :^)
