I feel really close to it now for some reason. It's the same feeling I got when I was graduating high school, or seeing my dad fade away to illness. I have this unmistakable feeling that everything is going to change, and it's because I'm going to kill myself.

So either you're a ghost, which is too spooky for this board, or that feeling turned out to be a false alarm. Also, if you do kill yourself, then you won't know that anything changed.
Besides, you're talking about this as if you have no control over it. If you just feel like you're going to kill yourself, but have no real, serious desire to, then it's probably best to just see a therapist. If you think that's a bunch of bullshit, take comfort in the fact that, no matter what, it will be your decision to kill yourself, not some weird feeling you get, or some outside force.
