Being fat and tall isnt anything to be proud of.
I'm 6'3, about 320lbs, have blue eyes and brown hair, and I'm ashamed of being fat. I've always been fat and find myself disgusting and ugly.
So I'm not going to make excuses and be in denial about it. I'm going on long walks and calorie counting to a comfortable deficit to try to get thin.
Then once I get thin, I'm going to get fit. (Or at least go paragliding with my excess skin)
I don't care about dying. I just don't want to live with a terminal illness down the line.
