You can find few jungle fever asian chicks in Asia but they're extremely rare in terms of the whole population and are only seen in foreigner-populated area. They're abandoned by rest of the people because chicks who date black dudes are considered...tainted and disgraceful.
But you sure will find an Asian chick to fuck if you're above average but just know that they aren't going to be the normal ones
