Well if you can actually get your job taken by some illeterate African your opinion isn't really important.
You are born in a wealthy, first world country and become anything you want. Get a good education and make something out of yourself. You can say something like rich people have an advantage because they send their kids to private schools, but let's be real here - your chances of making something out of yourself are still better than some African becoming a doctor, scientist or lawyer.
