Omelette with 4 eggs
1 shake with
- 1L of milk
- 1tbsp PB
- 1 scoop whey
- 100g oats
Lunch:
>Whatever I eat

>200g of tuna
>3 bananas
>120g of beef
>Dinner
>Whatever I eat +
>2 prunes
>2 bananas
>120g of beef
>1l of milk
There is a problem though, i'm wondering if you can help me with that
I have a very fucking hard time eating oats, 100g is a fuckload to eat in a bowl, but I need the cals and the prots
Is 200g of tuna everyday too much, regarding mercury intake? It's got an amazing 50g of protein, but is mercury a problem?
Finally, how do you guys prepare the tuna?

im pretty big, i pack quite a bit of muscle and a bit of fat as well. the easiest way is to just eat as much as you can. also if you do heaps of cardio you will just burn what you put in so go easy on that for a bit

And for the oats..that shit is nasty, but down it with water fast. Thats what i do.

If it's 300-500 over TDEE it's OK. Anything more than that and you'll see diminishing returns
For oats, try boiling it with some milk and water mixed. I usually do one cup milk, one cup water and one cup oats. Then I add a banana, frozen berries and some honey.
