How often do a person change his or her mind due to an insightful post on 4chan? Is changing views here fundamentally a waste of time or does it serve a real purpose?
*exchanging views
I've become more bitter and angry at the world does that count?
Sometimes I've been proven wrong in here or had my mind changed about things. Can't think of any real examples off the top of my head though

Hardly ever. Most people will just go into full on damage control mode, start flinging out ad hominems or simply ignore everything.

>he doesn't like knowledge
>he doesn't have a lamborghini bookcase
My views havent changed in the past years but before that I was a bigot. Id say my views are the best on this shitty ass board compared to most of yall. Debate me im a faget

It serves a purpose, but usually not the one the posters intend.
I would say very rarely, as people generally seem far more interested in telling someone they're wrong than in trying to explain why they're wrong or offering an alternative view

4chan made me the person I am. I imagine the same could be said for a lot of people here.

Fairly often. I probably wouldn't hate women so much if I never found /r9k/
