Get a job and start looking for places. You're going to have to learn what the market is like for apartments. Start learning the ins and outs of getting a roommate and canvasing for friends (better people you know than strangers), start learning what websites are available, start learning what the price range is like and what areas or features are more or less expensive.

Once you have a bit of decent knowledge down, go to like 10 places you might like and check them out. Don't be nervous - be thorough. Potential landlords WILL try to fuck you. But they are also dealing with a lot of people, and expecting most of them to be pretty discerning, so don't be afraid to be confident and ask questions. Google questions that prospective tenants should ask, e.g. from your local renters' rights organisation. Research the various ways you can move your stuff - I did my first move by hand with a cart, over a week of lugging, but I also considered using a Uhaul "cube," hiring a guy with a pickup truck or van, or going with traditional movers. All of these things can be expensive, the latter most of all, so account for that in your costs.

Keep working and saving money. Wait until you're well and secure and can easily afford first and last month's rent, several more months of rent and amenities, and the move itself. Then move out. Enjoy the fresh air of not being under the ass of your retard parents. Best feeling you'll ever feel in your entire life.

Don't do anything hasty. If they are downright abusive, then maybe you should, but if they're just annoying cockgobblers, take it slow and methodically. Work steadily, save steadily, prepare to move out steadily. Tolerate them like a fucking zen master (again, unless they're legit abusive), and then leave. Way better than trying to be all DRAMATIC! and fucking yourself over in the process. One more month of age 20 is nothing.

Talk to a social worker about welfare if you're unsure about working.

I've rarely went to the city (250k population) because of the distance (an hour drive) and because there is no public transport to take me there. I know nothing about getting a place to stay, but I'll try.

Once the winter wears off a bit I'll start working in construction which will get me a nice 200 Euro a month and I'll stay with my parents just because of the food and save money for as long as I can.

There is no welfare in my country so I'll have to work.

If it's any consolation, you will gain experience in this next year or few years that will make you a much, much better person than most people I know. You're in a shitty situation with few options, and you're going to have haul ass, to overcome shit you don't want to overcome, to tolerate things you don't want to tolerate. But in the long run, not having easy routes available to you will make you fundamentally change the way you look at problems and obstacles in life.

My friends and I had it so much easier than you by comparison, which sounds preferable, but most of us became welfare failures because it was just so easy to slide into it. You'll avoid that because you have to

Just don't do what I did and spend all your time arguing with your parents. If you've made the decision to get past them, then do it. I spent my last year living with them constantly fighting and living through their fucking drama because I had nowhere else to go. Just keep your shit quiet, don't provoke them. Use them as long as you need to and then get out.
