Originally, this board was meant to be a random board similar to /b/, with a twist. there was a program (called robot 9001) that would detect unoriginal posts. Everyone who came here (the people who actually wanted to converse) usually suffered from crippling depression, because here was a place where they could actually have an in depth conversation free (or so they thought) of shitposting. However, after people realized the robot was shit, it got disabled, and this basically became the board for depression and complaining. Recently however, the robot was reactivated.
I'd suggest leaving.
