So say I improved myself immensely, I got fit, I stopped thinking negatively, and I just all around improved as a person. I then went to some hot chick I liked, and asked her out. She gives me her number, and I go...

Now what? I haven't had a date. Ever. The only one I ever had I was shown up on. Once you get a girl's phone number, what exactly do you do with it? I mean I know you call her and shit, but...what do you say? Do you just set up a date?
