Kind of a vicous cycle for me too. I'm not technically an insomniac, but I usually sleep less than 4 hrs in any given day's cycle.
Yes, fuck yes. Snorted adderall two nights ago, still can't sleep.
The six hour high is not worth these sleepless days. Every time I tell myself I'm never going to do it again but then I always do.

Adderall is a significant contributor to my 4 hour limit problem mentioned above. I was prescribed and forced to take it for 12 years.
