What to do? I can't afford orthognathic surgery and major orthondatics for overjet and more fucked up teeth due to overcrowding.

I live in a third world country and I can easily pay an orthognathic surgery, fucking spare, you wouldn't believe how much a good dental health can improve your pathetic life.

Surgery is always cheaper in third world countries, there is no corrupt medical industrial complex like in USA. I have considered treatment elsewhere, but the traveling and housing costs would basically offset any savings.

It doesn't hurt. I just have severe overjet with crowding. it just looks ridiculous, with some minor hygiene problems and my teeth wear out unevenly which will lead to other problems 15 years from now

idk what you should do but the teeth in the pic look good simply because there's no cavities or fillings. mine are mostly straight but nearly every one (that I have left) have cavities and fillings.

Check these nasty shits out. Nicotine stained as fuck, I've quit smoking now though so hopefully that improves at least. My parents were loaded I'm fucking bitter they didn't do anything about it. My dad would rather spend all his money on his drinking problem than fix his sons teeth. The ulcers are from being knocked out in a drunken fight I may have inherited aforementioned drinking problem ;_;
