I'm having the same issues, I think it's because I'm not getting enough stimulation for my brain. I don't bother thinking, basically.
It's use it lose it when it comes to brains. I was always much smarter than everyone but after a few years wagekeking I was straight up retarded. I quit and neeted it up a couple months before looking for a part time job and enrolling in nursing school. I'm not sure I'm quite where I used to be, but I'm still much smarter than average, and I guess when you're 28 that's what you have to settle for.
Neet if you can, it's the best for the brain. Failing that get back in school for a very dynamic job that has a lot of critical thinking involved. Before I quit I had rainman like skills instantly figuring out how many minutes I had left on the clock, but other than that there was no thought. Beep beep forklift here, push push broom there, run the floor scrubber everywhere. I'm too good for that shit. It's a trap. I had intended to do it 6 months just for a little money. I stayed almost 3 years. Thank fuck I started talking to everyone and seeing they all had their dreams and passion snuffed out my the job. Give it another year and I'd have been another casualty of the soul draining bullshit that place was.
