I very rarely miss my runs, i average up to 60km's a week. Sometimes that might be in the 50's if I'm really sore. As it is, excited as fuck for my 30kg weighted vest to come in.

I imagine it's adjustable, do you exercise in it? I was previously wearing about 20kg worth of weights and books in a backpack. Piece of shit was a nuisance though, and always jumped up and down. Not to mention fuck my shoulders right up.

I was just doing stupid stuff like playing on my power tower. All the weight is on my neck so I wouldn't want to wear it for a long time. Mine doesn't really have a good belt to disperse the weight.

What the fuck? What kind of vest do you have? All the ones I've seen are basically like mine. All very small and compact and sit right on your shoulders where they have industrial grade Velcro that holds it tight to your chest.
