There's more to it than that. You'll have an infinitely easier time if you have good-tier hobbies, are fit, passionate about something, and skilled with conversation, etc. If you're confident but you just have a marshmallow in your head you might get a few numbers or dates but you're unlikely to make it to sex, let alone a gf.
