What do you do on the computer besides browse 4chan? Vidya bores me. Tried learning how to program but that bores me. Tried learning new languages but that bores me.
I'm sick of programming too, so I don't do that on my free time.
I watch youtube stuff and do flash games. There are a lot of interesting learning things on youtube that don't take that much effort. History, mathematics, investing, etc. It's not junk, so it holds my interest enough.
Porn and music.
I have a trampoline. I jump on that like a complete autist would. It gets my mind of things. Plus it gives me things to do, like. Have a shower and drink water I guess.
I've learned that doing things in smaller chunks makes it easier to stomach. Fifteen minutes on duolingo, fifteen minutes on khan academy, fifteen minutes playing vidya, fifteen minutes reading, you get the idea. It's best to sandwich something you dislike between two things you enjoy.
Eventually the hours pass by and at the end of the day you actually feel like you've accomplished something instead of thinking, "well, shit, there goes another wasted day"

This. I could be spending my free time: doing something for fun, doing something I might take pride in, or pause to try to figure out how to do the former two more efficiently. For me the ways I found combining both the first two tasks ended up being very inefficient Compared to doing those two tasks seperately.

i also been trying to map for goldsource lately its a hobby that is difficult with my anxietys but when i do it properly i get some nice things!
i used to go on more walks, now that i have Ingress on my smartphone again i have motivation i think slowly.. but its scary lo
