I'll make an argument for the inclusion of INTJs . People associate the J in a type's "name" to mean structure, discipline, decisiveness, etc.
However, just using the letters really misrepresents what they mean. Really, by doing so you are throwing out the only thing that makes the MBTI bearable: Jungian cognitive functions.
The INTJ's dominant function is introverted intuition, or Ni. It is perhaps the most difficult of the functions to define, as it is by its nature perhaps the most abstract. Imagine all the information your brain absorbs as being in a box. Ni relates those pieces of information to the box i.e., the "bigger picture". Subconsciously, Ni-doms take the impression of objects and ideas and combine them in a sort of synthesis, allowing each piece of information or synthesis to converge into a sort of vision. This is why (whether you agree with their ideas or not), INTJs tend to be revolutionary in their ideas, and are at times guilty of making leaps in logic that may seem clear to them, but make it difficult to understand their ideas or at times logically invalidate them: see, Isaac Newton, Karl Marx, Friedrich Nietzsche, Nikola Tesla, Martin Luther, G.W.F. Hegel, Jean-Paul Sartre, and Vladimir Lenin, all of whom are arguably INTJs (although I do not speak with any authority on the matter). In a sense, the INTJ is primarily driven by their primary function Ni, which, as a perceiving function, means that they are internally quite receptive to ideas which are then connected to an existing framework in which the rest of their values, goals, etc.are developed.

With that in mind, let's consider the 2nd function of the INTJ which is extroverted thinking, or Te. While less perhaps less intense than Ni in the mind of the INTJ, and less developed than their primary extroverted function (Te), forms what I like to consider the "core" of the INTJ. Introverted feeling, as a function, is responsible in a sense for the individual's value system. Unlike its extroverted counterpart, which strives for unity by responding to the values and emotions of others, introverted feeling strives for authenticity in one's values. Types with Fi tend to be fiercely independent in their morality (which does not necessarily mean that their moral framework has been well-examined or developed). This emphasis on authenticity in value and depth of emotion tends to cause a large degree of alienation in the INTJ, as their morals often conflict with society at large (Gandhi is often used as an example). This alienation and authenticity can be found in the works of many of the (arguably) INTJs I listed above. -- Okay, this actually requires 3 posts apparently. Whoops.
