Tbqh as someone with a sleep disorder, I'll tell you right now getting a better sleep schedule is easy as fuck. Set an alarm between anywhere from eight to noon and make that your goal wake up time.
Might be difficult at first, but the easiest way to reset it is by bruteforcing it; i.e staying up all night, and continuing to stay awake until between midnight to two in the morning. The other method is just periodically pushing your wake up time forward until you go from sleeping in the days to being awake in teh days.
