Why don't you try and find out? There are other reasons to lift besides gaining muscles. Lifting gives you goals/targets, endorphin rushes, motivation and other things

Probably. It all depends on your muscle insertions and whatnot. But considering you have 0 muscular development, getting fit is the best thing you can do for yourself as a man.
