No you choose not to do anything despite your depression. This is why normies get so mad. They have no reason to do the shit they do, they just do it because they have to in order to keep their illusion of a life afloat. They are actually mad that people out there come to terms with their own feelings and yes, succumb to them, and actually spend some time reflecting upon them instead of frantically finding ways to distract themselves.
